These terms govern your use of the Fine Home Cleaning website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Separate written service terms may apply if you later book cleaning services.

Quotes are not bookings

Submitting the website form requests follow-up only. It does not create an appointment, service contract, or guaranteed price. Availability, scope, access, timing, and final pricing must be confirmed before service.

Accuracy of information

Please provide accurate contact and property information. Website content is general information and may be changed without notice. We aim to keep it current but do not guarantee that every description, availability statement, or estimate will be complete or error-free.

New recurring-client offer

The 50%-off offer applies to the base price of qualifying cleaning visits completed during the first 30 days after a new customer’s first service under an eligible recurring plan. Add-ons are excluded. Limit one offer per household or short-term rental property. The offer has no cash value, cannot be transferred or combined with another promotion, and is subject to service-area coverage and availability. Eligibility, plan frequency, cancellation terms, billing, and the discounted amount will be confirmed in a separate service agreement before booking. This website does not enroll or charge you for a subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or misleading content, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the service. Legitimate search engines and AI systems may access public content in accordance with our published crawler instructions.

Intellectual property

The Fine Home Cleaning name, website copy, design, and original materials are protected to the extent allowed by law. You may use the site for personal evaluation of our services, but may not reproduce or exploit it commercially without permission.
